I'm not sure what I was looking for, but nowadays Jesus' name is used as an insult or something people say when they are shocked etc.
So, when I saw this is the thesaurus it brought a smile to my face :)
Cool, right?
Just a random share for today.
WELCOME!
Welcome to my thoughts, where I share with you my thoughts!

The Uncertainty of Love
Love is the short word that you learn to say and spell at a really young age. It's the word you sign your name with at the bottom of a letter or a note. It's a verb, an action. But, is it really only a doing word?
1. Human love is uncertain. With love you take a jump into the unknown, a leap of faith. Following someone's apparent love. You don't know what's around the corner or what tomorrow might bring, whether it be joy or sadness. The uncertainty of love. The not knowing of who will walk in and out of your life. The uncertainty of love. But when you're with the person or thing you love, every fear and worry seems so distant and unimportant, contentment sets in and you are happy. The uncertainty of love. The short lived love that greets you in the morning with a kiss and says good night to you with words. The uncertainty of human love. You sadly don't know when this human existence will fade and the humanly love you once knew will no longer be of value or importance. Human love is not promised and if it is, that promise
However...
2. God's love is certain. With God's love you also take a jump, a leap of faith! It's an adrenaline filled love! A passionate, irrational, costly and excessive love! God's love is unconditional and deep. His mercy and abundance flows like a river that never dries up, if God's grace was the sea then we'd all be sinking because it is so deep and vast. How cool is this? God's love is the only love that is certain, it is real and GOD IS LOVE! God gave us human love and loving actions to show His own love. Once we take that leap of faith and fall into the arms of God's love then by doing random acts of kindness and love, we are witnesses and believers of the one true love that is revealed through Jesus Christ.
Personally, I don't think love is only a doing word. It is a doing word, but it's different, it isn't like running or swimming, it is something you live and show. It is an emotion, a feeling, a presence, a comfort, and a guide. For, GOD IS LOVE!

The Light That Floods- The Remission Flow
October 15th came and my excitement to finally hear the tracks produced for this album set in. 'Walls' and 'The Father's Love' were released as singles before the official album release but also appear on The Light That Floods. The link to iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/the-light-that-floods/id561280597
After listening to each song a few times, the lyrics became more prominent and with each listen I was learning the words and thinking about each songs meaning.
The passion and energy that was put into each song is visible in every lyric sung, voice projected and instrument played. The music produced by this new growing Christian band is immense. The next Rend Collective? I think so : )
Every song of this album is beautiful and different but there are a few that God has spoken to me through these guy's words and talents. In the song 'All Creation' there are some lyrics that really stood out to me, 'You got a heart that desires to set us free, You've got life, You've got hope and my dreams in Your heart.' This reminded me that God knows us better than anyone else on this Earth, He loves us and wants the best for His son or daughter's. God knows our next thought and what we'll be doing in 10 years, God knows our hopes and ambitions and our strengths and where we lack confidence. As the song says, He sent his son to die on a tree for us. What a wonderful happy reminder that this song gave me :)

"All creation cries to You."
Psalm 121 is track 9 of 11 on the album and is such a magnificent worship song. It translates Psalm 121 from the Bible into beautiful tune and vocals. It's an up beat tune that brings a smile to my face because it reminds me that "The Lord is my keeper, He's my shelter from the storm"
I think another of my favourites from The Light That Floods would be 'Holy'. It starts with soft piano and guitar playing and then vocals are introduced with the words, "Holy is our God almighty, worthy is out God, you're holy..."
Another which has always been a favourite from you guys is 'My Saviour Lives' every time I hear it I can't help but sing or hum along, it's a song that get's to me emotionally. "No I'll never be the same again, no I'll never be the same again, my King He died for me and He rose again."
There is so much to be said about the depth, strength and passion in each song on this album. Every member of The Remission Flow contributes to the making of every song on this awesome album.
I'm going to give this album 10/10.
Wonderful work guys!
God Bless

Some Things To Consider
I think sometimes we get too caught up in the everyday treadmill of life. Me included. It's not easy getting up at half six, sleepy eyed eating breakfast, barely acknowledging your family, heading into a busy, stressful day at work or school. It really isn't easy.
I think we all need to make the most of our time, (even at work or school) and live our lives fully.
If your in a profession that you dread every decision you make, every day you step into your office or workplace, you shouldn't be in the job. Yes, I think that you should be challenged in your day to day life but challenged in order to increase your performance and experience, not to make you breakdown or hate what you do. I think that there is a high risk of bullying in a serious profession. Bosses blaming mistakes on you, accusing you, hypocritical bosses or colleagues. There are endless possibilities of hurt and bullying in a career. So be careful. Don't let your boss take you over, be strong. Your job shouldn't be viewed as a job, a chore. Unfortunately careers earn you money which pays for your car, your house and your kids. But bear this is mind. Work at something you love and you'll never work a day in your life.
I think with school whether you hate it or love it, your going to be there for about 14 years and then possibly college or university, so learn to at least enjoy some aspects of it. When you break your school day down, it doesn't consist of that much work. Maybe you take five classes a day, two or three of which you enjoy and maybe look forward to, which means that you will be more willing to learn in these subjects. Then you only have a few other classes to sit through. Then there's the social side to school. Your always with people! Your friends, classmates, teachers, grow in relationships and having friends in your classes will make school more enjoyable. The thing is, school is not that bad. You just need to relax and learn to enjoy some of your school years, if not all!
This may sound strange but eat well. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with some snacks in between. Don't skip breakfast! I'm sure you've heard people repeating these words over and over, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" I really don't like being told this but it's true. Think about it... After sleeping for hopefully 8 hours, with no food or drink you are going to be hungry and thirsty. Eight hours is a long time! So make sure and leave yourself time to eat and drink in the morning. You will feel so much more willing to participate in school and learn.
Smile and laugh. Yes, smile! Yes you, reading this blog post right now, I dare you to smile :) believe it or not smiling makes you feel happier and smiling at someone will make them smile and the chain goes on. Amazing how one smile can impact someones day or week! So why not do it! Laughing with your friends and colleagues can help your mood and performance in work, school and it'll make your life feel happier even when it may still be jam packed.
Do things you love. Doing things that make you peaceful and happy have a huge positive impact on how you live your life, how you handle situations and just making you happy! If your thing is photography, go exploring. Take a friend, photograph them. If your thing is writing, do it. Type, hand write, or just think about the words running through your mind. If your things is art, try all kinds, collage, mosaic, painting, oil pastel, chalks, charcoal, sketches and the list goes on. Have at least one thing that you strive for and thoroughly enjoy doing, something that isn't a chore.
Take time out. Even though smiling and eating breakfast are so good and positive, they probably don't make your busy life any freer. So take time. Time to yourself, time for your family, and time for your friends but I want to just briefly talk about taking time for yourself. Time for yourself makes your days seem more relaxed and free. Aside from doing things you love, take quiet time, time to reflect and think. Journal, sing, sit in silence or almost silence, write a song, anything that brings you closer to yourself and your Father, God.
Pray. I think prayer is hugely misunderstood, it's often thought of as kneeling by your bed, using big words that you don't understand and rehearsing what you think you should say. No! Prayer does not need to be like this. You should be growing in your relationship with God and get to the point where you can talk to Him like y would talk to your closest friends, because that's what he is- a best friend, a father and He is love. Also, prayer does not need to take place beside your bed or in church, talk to God anywhere and everywhere! Walking to the bus or in the car (of course you shouldn't close your eyes in these situations!) , in the lunch line or washing the dishes- anywhere! Also you do not need to physically speak, you can journal your prayers or talk into yourself too. Just remember that prayer does not need to always be traditional- though it could be! Just talk to God.
Make a difference. Whether you visit elderly people at the nursing home or you go on missionary trips, you're making a difference. The thing is, you were made the make a difference, isn't that cool!? I think we all get bored with the same distance, same scenery as we stomp along on the treadmill of life but why not run outside, run free? A lot of people including myself, get urges to do something, to help, to make a difference! I feel like i need to get out there and see what needs to be done. In a couple of years when I am 16 I am hopefully going to volunteer in the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, which is a hospice for children. For kids who are terminally ill and will never overcome their illness, but also for patients who are going through treatment and hope to get better. We have a close family friend whose son sometimes goes to the hospice, he is epileptic and has learning difficulties. The hospice provides the parents of these children with a short break because they devote their whole life to the care of their child or children. So go on! Get out there and make a difference.
Praise God. Go to your nearest window and look out. Whether the view is muffled may rain or dazzling from the sun- God did that. He made the light, the stars, the planets, the grass and the flowers, the water and the fish, the animals and the birds and you know what else? Us. God took time to plan your life. He knows your name, you secrets, your likes and dislikes and even the number of hairs on your head. Wow. God the creator of ALL wants us to know Him and praise him and have a relationship with Him! Praise Him, sing endless songs, declare your love and passion for Jesus.
Love. So there's a verse in the bible. It says- "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful and I know that full well." Psalm 139:14. Until quite recently I didn't know what the word fearfully meant in this context, now I do. When God made us fearfully, He made us with a space in our hearts for God. A gap for God. So that we could love. God made humans to love, animals don't love like us, birds don't either, nor fish but God and humans can love. We can love God and trust him because we were fearfully made. You know the word good? That four letter word that your English teacher probably tells you not to use because it's not descriptive enough well let me tell you what God meant by good. When God made the sun, plants, birds, sea, animals and everything else he said it was good! Good meant perfect. Everything was perfect. When God made Adam and Eve he said it was very good! Which means very perfect. Unfortunately we disobeyed God and sin was made, everything was not good. But! We can love God and get washed clean. We can become new again. Love. God is love.
Obviously I haven't covered every single last detail but I might be coming back to this post and updating over time.
Read. Reflect. Pray.

A Milkshake & A Good Chat!
Today a few great friends and I met up at a cute place called 'Got Milkshake'. It's a tiny little place that sells milkshakes made of anything from Skittles to Galaxy Chocolate, cupcakes, hot chocolate, coffee and other scrumptious things! What made these lovely cupcakes even better was the presence of amazing people. We had a great chat and lots of smiles and laughs. Thank you for the birthday outing!

Isabella 100
If you've read my posts from the end of February and March you'll know who Isabella (Izzy) is, but for those of you who haven't you can scroll down and read through her journey or you can watch this video, or both! She is a little miracle from God and she has spread God's love, grace and power all around the world. She is a little celebrity and also my cousin :) I love this girl!
Izzy's parents have decided that they are going to take many but choose one photo per day of Izzy's first year and put them all into a video and album and call it Isabella 365.
Here's the video of the first 100 pictures!

Why I LOVE Going to Southern Ireland...
So this is very random but I love going down south to my family and this is what we get up to :) Make sure to put your volume up to give it the full effect!
Beautiful Things- Gungor
This song was sang at a youth service in my church and it has been swirling around in my head ever since! I'm not sure if I have posted it before but I am posting again anyway :)
An Irish Blessing!
This is an Irish blessing that has been popping up all around me lately and I have grown to love it and know it! Here it is: (Apologies if I have mixed it up a bit by accident!)
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind ever be on your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rain fall softly on your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

Some Music
Here are some songs that can really draw you in and focus you on God. Whilst doing the Tesco shopping online I was playing some of these and lets just say, I got a bit distracted from the shopping.
Seriously beautiful music.
These are just a few, I'll keep posting some more now and then!
Romans 5:8
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

You Were Made To Make A Difference
I have a fantastic book called 'You Were Made To Make A Difference' and is well worth reading. Max Lucado and Jenna Lucado Bishop (father and daughter) write their views on each topic. It is such an inspirational book, in fact it made me realise that I NEED to do something! When I turn 16 I am considering becoming a volunteer in the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. I feel like I need to help someone and serve for God.
On the rear of the book it says:
On the rear of the book it says:
Changing lives, changing your community, changing hearts.
The God who made the Universe made you to make a difference.
It then continues to give a brief answer to the big question 'How?' It says:
Here's what happens when you realise how much God loves you, you'll want to do everything possible to share his love with others. This book can help you see what it takes to be a difference maker for God. You'll find stories of real life teens just like you and discover that you are never too young to make a difference in your community and in the world!
Cool, right? Make sure to check it out!
Hospitality
This is just a brief post on the huge topic of hospitality. So what does it mean? The dictionary definition of the word is- the friendly reception and treatment of guests or strangers. Wow. So... if I wave at a stranger, is that hospitality?
Well, have you noticed how living rooms and kitchens pop up all across the bible? There you go! Inviting people into your home, making them welcome, talking face to face with them, getting to know them, you are welcoming God himself into your home and inviting him to change that persons life. When you ask someone or tell someone, "Come over for dinner." You're really saying, "You matter to me and to God." and your guest hears, "I am worth the effort." Amazing, right?
You know what else? It's not an accident that the word 'hospitality' and the word 'hospital' come from the same Latin word for, they both result in the same thing: healing.
Take a piece of paper or a notepad and jot down the numbers 1-4. Like this:
1._______________
2._______________
3._______________
4._______________
Beside the numbers write down a few ways that you could show hospitality to people and to whom.
The Greek word for hospitality consists of two terms which translate as love and stranger. Literally, the word means to love a stranger.
1 Peter 4:9-10
Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay. God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

Don't Let It Get To You!
Picture that time when your friend said something ridiculous and bang out of order to you, or when you failed that History essay or remember that time someone told you that you weren't good enough, smart enough, pretty enough? Think about that. How did it make you feel? Angry, upset, frustrated, fed up? I bet! Well, I want to tell you that these natural reactions don't have to be natural. I know this may sound very difficult but next time could you tell the person how it made you feel or instead, ignore them, but don't bottle it up. If you have ever been told that you aren't good enough or something along those lines, please, do not listen to that comment. God made you who you are. You ARE beautiful, strong, loving and definitely good enough. You will find people in your life you make you feel rubbish, make you fear being near them, make you sigh with sadness BUT there is more. They are tiny people and you cannot let what they say get to you. Usually, those people are jealous of you! Crazy! There is so much more ahead of you. You will meet the most amazing people who will never intentionally hurt you. So don't let those tiny people and their stupid comments get you down because God fearfully and wonderfully made you and he loves you.
Psalm 139:14

2011 & 2012- so far!
I was reflecting on 2011 and 2012 so far. There were times filled with, excitement, sadness, tears, laughter, pain, smiling-so-much-your-cheeks-are going-numb moments, fright, surprises and so much more..
I know that I am going to miss out some people here but if I do forgive me, because there are so many people! In the past year a lot of stuff has happened, in school, in family, in church, everywhere! It's the same for everyone! I want to thank a whole bunch of people who have helped me, made me smile, laugh & cry with pure joy :)
Firstly my parents.. though they may be a pain, they love me and love them! They ask me to do things and I reply with some teenagery stupid comment- sorry Mum! Mum and Jeremy, you guys have gotta be in like the top 20 most amazing people in this world! You help me with homework and revision, you support me in my choices, you laugh with me (or at me!), cry with me, and do the most stupid things with me! And mum, when you come back from Zumba and show me your 'moves' and I tell you that your embarrassing, I am smiling and laughing on the inside, you are too cool Mum! Mum, when I was sick you held my head, when I was fed up you encouraged me, when I was sad you cuddled me and prayed with me, you are there 100% and that is amazing, you are a babe ;) Jeremy! You are like a Dad to me, you help me, joke with me, protect me, love me and everything else you do! You laugh at my way of talking and you try and master the Irish accent, it needs work! Jeremy I love you so much thank you for EVERYTHING! You and Mum are amazing! And Daddy, I miss you every day, all the memories we've made together- remember our tennis ball wars and playing hockey outside, and playing with those metal poles pretending they were light sabres? I do, and I'll never forget them! The past year we've been seeing less of each other and I know that I'm older and you live a long way a way but I still love you.. so much. I miss you too, but I look forward to the next time I see you all the time! Love you!
Okay, Friends! What would any of us do without them? Be very alone I'd say! Right! So! You hold me up when I am so weak, you text me at unearthly hours just to comfort me, you put up with my stroppy and hormonal times, you welcome me into your homes, you are ALWAYS there for me, you make me smile, laugh, dance, jump and squeal. I love you guys so so much! I can't find words to begin to describe how much you all mean to me.
Family! You are a crazy bunch, I'll give you that! Our fun times will never be forgotten. Boxing Day at Granny's is always a great family get together. You are always so caring, loving and protective. I love you all a lot!
Last, but NOT least! God. God, you have held me in your arms at all times but I have felt your love especially when I have been scared, angry, sad, frustrated and confused. You are truly always there and NEVER leave my side. You are here with me now, and forever more. 2011 held some tough times but You got me through that. I love you God.
Just wanted to reflect and these groups of people. You are a blessing to me and I love you all. Thank you for being you!

Trust
What do you think of when you hear the word Trust?
I think of that test that people always ask you to do, the one where you fall backwards into their arms but I know I can't do that, so what is trust?
Trust is such an amazing thing. There will be few people who come into your life that you trust completely and they trust you too, so trust! Okay but your probably thinking 'What is she on? Like, I'm not about to walk up to this randomer and tell them my worries and problems!' and you are quite right too, I don't really mean that and I wouldn't recommend that unless you feel it's necessary! I want you to think how many people you actually do trust and to what extent, I am doing this too. Do you trust your friends? Do you trust your family? Do you trust your teachers? Do you trust God?
Do you trust God? Trusting and believing in something that you can't see is difficult, it's like if someone told you they had an ice cream behind their back for you and you would get it if you did this one thing for them, you can't see the ice cream, how do you it's really there? This is like God's existence. Personally I believe that God is God, he loves us and he is real. But believing and trusting are quite different. It took me quite a while to fully trust God, and sometimes I won't write down or pray my absolutete true feelings and that's ok, but I want to FULLY trust God. It's hard! I'm not going to lie, but I think that once you've got it, it's amazing. Trusting the CREATOR of the Universe! Amazing.
Work on your trust with God, He loves you.

You Are...
I just got an e-mail from someone I love very much. I was excited and when I opened it I smiled and felt happy. It was a picture with the words:
"You are BRAVER than you believe
STRONGER than you may seem,
SMARTER than you think
& LOVED more than you know."
I am telling you now, that you are these things and you are beautiful <3
God Bless.

Some sentences for you to finish...
So today in Teen Track (a group of high school students that gets together before church) Paul had organised some pieces of card with the start of some sentences written on them. We could wander around the different boards and finish the sentence. Here are the sentences:
Church people are...
A hypocrite is someone who...
People outside of the church think Christians are...
The biggest complaint I have about really religious people is...
Think to your own church or community. Finish these sentences, be honest.
Blessings!

A Poem I Found
I was searching around for a poem that meant something and was so true. I found it! Here it is! It is called 'You're always there for me'. Read through it carefully and think about the words.
When the world comes crashing in
And chaos rules my mind,
I turn my heart to you, Lord,
And pure, sweet peace I find.
You lift me out of trouble
You comfort me in pain;
You nourish, heal and cleanse me,
Like cool refreshing rain.
I times of joy and bliss,
When things are going right,
You lift me even higher,
And fill me with delight.
You listen to my prayers;
You hear my every plea;
I'm safe because I know
You're Always there for me.

Are You Listening?
This is a little analogy I thought of today.
So, if God had Facebook he'd have (at the minute) 7,207,941,514 people as a 'friend' on Facebook... WOW! 7 billion, 207 million, 941 thousand and 514 people. And, He'd have a 'chat' open for every single person, He'd be talking to them all the time but are they 'Busy', 'Offline', 'Away'?
What are you? Are you listening out for God?
Unplug your headphones and tune in to God's word that he has prepared for you.
God Bless :)

Our God Always Remains The Same
So here's a mouth dropping, heart warming verse.
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today & forever."
How beautiful! Our God remains the same forever. He loves us the same (so so so much!) all the time. How does it feel to know that there is a God out there who created you, He knit you together in your mother's womb, He cares for you, loves you, guides you, protects you, wants you, accepts you, uses you for the work of His kingdom. How does that feel? Pretty mind blowing to me!
Remember God's love through everything you do.
God Bless.

Good Friday
This is no ordinary Friday. It's not a Friday where I want to plop myself on the sofa for the whole night. Today, a couple of thousand years ago something was happening. The creator of the earth was going to die for us... die... for us! You + me!
Picture this: You walk into the kitchen, your Mum or Dad starts talking to you, they say "Hey honey! Look, you gotta do me a favour. Lately I've realised how much this world needs to be free from their sin and wrong doings. I am sending you to the town square and you will die to save everyone else." God sent his ONE and ONLY son to the earth to be scorned and humiliated, broken and beaten, hurt and killed. For who? Us, us , us! Jesus didn't object, he loves us and he loves all of those children that haven't entered the world yet. He has always loved and always will! Therefore he wanted to die to forgive our sins. But... hang on? Jesus didn't just die. Guess what? HE ROSE! Yes. Jesus Christ died to save us and rose again. Jesus lives and loves.
Today, I'm going to a creative prayer thing in my church. It makes you think, really think. God sent his son (Jesus) to Earth to teach, love, comfort and die for us.
On Easter Sunday remember that Jesus rose from the dead and he still lives among us today!
God Bless and Happy Easter!

When Life Gives You Lemons...
At some point you've probably heard someone quoting "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" Yeah? Well, now there are loads more like- "When life gives you lemons, throw them back!" or "When life gives you lemons make orange juice and wonder in amazement how you did it."
I want to talk about 'throwing those lemons back'. So maybe you don't like lemons? Maybe, their too sour? Or too messy? Too stingy?
Okay so, when life throws stuff at you that you don't want caught in your hair, you're going to get annoyed, angry and frustrated. Think of a time where something happened to you and you just wanted to throw it back, make it go away. We can't always do what others expect or want, it can be too hard. It's not that easy to accept those 'lemons' and make something good out of it. I know that if something brings me down and makes me really upset I just start yelling questions, too who? God. I start shouting at God, asking Him why he 'kindly gave me those lemons' or 'let that happen to me' and I get answers. I do! Usually, a few weeks later I think back to that time and say "God really did answer those questions...". When Isabella Grace (my baby cousin) was born dead I didn't know what to do. God brought her back for a reason. She has been spreading God's love, power and grace ALL over the world! I was so confused and angry at God but I realised that he brought little Izzy back for a HUGE reason. So are all of those lemons that bad? The answer is no! Yet, some of them could make the lemonade a bit cloudy for a while.
God is with and he is preparing those lemons for you, to teach you, teach others and love Him.
Next time something bad happens try and look up and remember what God is doing in your life.
God Bless :)

Just Some Lyrics
Do you wonder why you have to, feel the things that hurt you, if there's a God who loves you, where is he now? Well, maybe there are things you can't see, and all those things are happening to bring a better ending.. some day, somehow, you'll see, you'll see...
Would you dare, would you dare to believe that you still have a reason to sing?
Those are just a few lyrics that have been running around my head for a few days.
The song is below in a previous post but it's called Before The Morning by Josh Wilson.
Click Here for the YouTube link!
Enjoy :)

My New Journal
Over the weekend I bought a new journal :) My previous one was almost finished and was bursting with sheets, so I thought that it was time for a change! I hate leaving my old one because of all the sheets and verses, song lyrics, memories, prayers etc. but I'll always keep it so I can reflect on how God has changed my life in that time. Journalling is great! It's so easy if you love to write or even draw! My friend prefers to draw her feelings or write song lyrics. You can do anything! There aren't any rules! Let your mind go wild, scribble your thoughts, fears, worries, thank-you prayers, questions.. everything! And have fun doing it, it shouldn't be a chore! I know that it helps me, so try it! It could be your thing!
My new journal:
Have fun journalling!

Isabella
Little Isabella has mastered so many things! She can sneeze, cry open her eyes, moves her arms and legs, be aware of pain and even use a nappy. She is well on her way and God is changing her life every second of every day. She is a beautiful little girl in need of God's love and care. She has made it so far! She goes for an MRI scan on Thursday. This is a very very major thing, it will determine the damage to her little brain (hopefully none). Prayer is greatly needed.
Please pray for a miracle!
Izzy is showing God's love all over the world.
God bless!

God is There Through The Sadness
This week has been a tough one for me. My little baby cousin, Isabella, was born early in the week. She really isn't well. She is just so beautiful and looks perfect, but she is sick. I have asked so many people to pray... And they are! You all know who you are, so thank you! I thought that there may be no light at the end of this particular tunnel but the most amazing thing happened today. They doctors took her off the ventilator to see if she could breathe without it, and she could! She was breathing, all by herself! God is good. So good! God's love and protection shines through the darkest of times.
Heavenly Father,
God, I want to thank you for your love and care for little Izzy and her family. You have given them hope for Isabella and shown them that you are there. Please continue to do this God and keep healing Isabella. We don't know yet what state she will be in when she awakens but heal her God, make her well.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen.

I'll Never Let Go
Snow Patrol- I'll Never Let Go
Lyrics:
Read through the lyrics and think about them.
Here's the YouTube link:
Lyrics:
It seems the day that your house burned to the ground
Was the day that you'd always planned to leave anyway
And the vast empire you come through to get here
Makes the world look like pennies in my hand
I'll never let go
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you said out loud
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you shouted out
Your words shook me right out of a daydream
I was lost somewhere cold and it looked haunted
I was asking strangers but no one understood me
I was drenched in sweat when your words came to me
I'll never let go
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you said out loud
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you shouted out
It was the last highway you would ever travel
It was the last highway you would ever travel
The long road from a daughter, wife and son
When the bus stopped a beat from California
Your tired feet they ached over the road
I'll never let go
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you said out loud
I'll never let go
I'll never let go you shouted out
Read through the lyrics and think about them.

A Second Chance
Inspired by the song, Second Chance- Rend Collective Experiment :) (YouTube link at bottom!)
So yeah! The song says it ALL. These lyrics stand out to me..
Always inside this mess
I have found forgiveness
Mercy
As infinite as You
Countless second chances
We've been given at the cross
Us as human's, here on earth, in our messy world have the chance to be made new and get this second chance.. Jesus Christ gave his PERFECT life in order for US as messy sinners to have a SECOND CHANCE!
JESUS=LIFE
He takes our lives filled with a lot of rubbish and CHANGES it into something BEAUTIFUL.
I find it really hard to take in all of this.. It's just too amazing! So hang on... Jesus hung there on that cross for US.. I repeat US! Me and you! No exceptions! He is giving you a second chance. He is reaching out to you, reeling you in so you can join him and accept him as your King and Father. We have Jesus to save us from our messy, sinful lives and Jesus longs for you to turn around and see him calling you to where you belong- with Jesus Christ, sitting with him, Father and Child, together. But this is not a way out, this is a relationship. A step of faith, going further and walking across water, believing. This is a relationship God Himself! You need to Love, Believe and have Faith..
I can't explain how wonderful this is with words but listen to the lyrics of this beautiful song and know what I am talking about :)
Listen.. God is speaking and reaching out to you.
